
Cynthia gave up sugar for the entire challenge and her hard work paid off! She lost 9 lbs, 2% body fat and 12.25 inches all over. Most notably, she lost 3.25 inches at her belly button and 3.25 at her hips! Cynthia also added 8 more push-ups, 4 more sit-ups and 7 more pull-ups to her 1 min max reps! She’s even kept up her clean eating after the challenge and I can’t wait to see her progress even more. Congrats, Cynthia!!!
