Relentless 4-Week Boot Camp Success Stories!
Last week, I wrapped up the 4-Week Relentless Boot Camp and the results in such a short time span we’re pretty incredible! Athletes attended a 3x/week a class to become proficient in kettlebell movements and food logged for the entire challenge to become aware of changes that needed to be made in their nutrition.

Highlighted Success Stories:
David - lost 5 lbs, 2% body fat, shaved off 2 min on mile time
Paola - lost 2 lbs, 1.3% body fat, 2 inches at waist, .75 at belly button, 1:30 off mile time
Brent - lost .75 inches at waist and belly button, 37 seconds off mile time
** All athletes completed the “All in Place” workout the first week of class. With a 15 min cut-off, none of the bootcampers completed 3 rounds. Fast forward to the last week of class and athletes performed the exact same WOD with a 15 min cut-off and EVERYONE finished with time to spare!
