Happy Halloween!

My T/Th 6 am class completed a pumpkin WOD and pumpkin line drills to celebrate Halloween. Constantly-varied, functional movement, right??

PUMPKIN WOD:

Each person completes 200m pumpkin run

Others complete AMRAP until everyone finishes run:

5/5 clean and press

10 goblet squats

15 mountain climbers
